Kangwon Plant

The facility was expanded to provide eco-friendly emission and prevention facilities for the lay-off of pollack at the Gangwon plant.

Drying operation

Pollack refers to a heavy winter snowstorm and dried pollack in the clean wind. On winter nights, the scorching cold, which falls below minus 10 degrees Celsius, freezes over the sun. If you continue for three or four months, you will only get the name Pollack. In Deokjang, the drying process continues until April. In December, the tree will be followed by Deokdae, and the dried pollack will be dried in earnest in early January. The most important factors in making the pollack are the winter cold and the wind. If you keep Myeongtae frozen for 15 to 20 days, you can get a good quality pollack.

Storage facilities

After the construction, the dried pollack was moved to the cold storage facilities of the head office and the Gangwon plant, and is stored and managed hygienically.
